To make good products at low prices, we need to develop methods that both cost-effective and innovative. This has been the focus of IKEA and they use of raw materials and production adaptation to meet people's needs and preferences has meant that our costs are low. The IKEA way of doing things is to pass these cost savings on to you, our customers.

This information can be used as reference in Task 3 later for the marketing strategy.

This strategy shows that the business is aiming to attract customer in purchasing their product. This information can be used as reference in Task 3 later for acquiring customer.
